Liverpool Vs Chelsea final
Liverpool took victory over Chelsea at 68 minutes, thanks to Miereles.
The much anticipated welcome for Torres on Chelsea was short lived, after being taken out of the game at 65 minutes.
Earlier in the week, Chelsea paid 80 million for Fernando Torres, who happens to be the most expensive player in British football history. Seems a bit odd that Ancelotti didn't let him finish the whole game, although his playing was a bit disappointing.
Maxi almost made goal for Liverpool in the first half, but the ball hit off of the pole.
It appeared that Chelsea was struggling with the referee over two or three penalties that should have been admitted to Liverpool.
Liverpool fans cheering on while Chelsea fans looked upset and anxious.
A very intense game for both Chelsea and Liverpool, equal amount of effort by both teams.
Liverpool moves to 6th place on the table while Chelsea stays at 4th.
